So I walk in to Alpha Company today after getting my schedule switched around so I have Alpha and Bravo, when I look up to see my battallion commander grinning at me. "Mmm-hmm!" is all he said. At that exact moment, I knew I was screwed. For those of you who don't know, my current GPA is a humble 1.95. Naturally this is of concern to higher ups within the battallion seeing as how I'm supposed to be involved with all three teams; Marksmanship, Drill Team, and Color Guard. It wasn't until this morning that I realized the lengths to which they would go to get me back lol. I didn't think anything of it considering I had actually requested the schedule change. But apparently Garcia had ARRANGED for me to be put in Alpha Company for the sole purpose of being able to brow-beat me into submission every morning and so I could do my work from other classes in 1st hour. Go ahead and just tattoo a a giant "PWN3D!" sign to my forehead. Anyway, so after cleaning out 18 weeks worth of crap from my bag and putting anything of relevance into folders we walked to EVERY class I had made lower than a C in(there were 5) so I could go and grovel to my teachers and tell them I was ready to cooperate. Luckily all but one of my teachers have differing classrooms throughout the day. Unfortunately, the one teacher was my Geometry teacher. When Garcia told her what was up she started beating on me(literally, I mean she was battering my head and shoulders with her fists as a means of releasing 18 weeks of frustration)and cackling because now she has a little magic phone number she can call and Garcia or other representative will arrive to assist in waking me from my boredom-induced coma and teach me how to do math the Army way: "1, 2, 3-1! 1, 2, 3-2! 1, 2, 3-3!..." I sense a great many PT sessions in my immediate future, followed by a great amount of muscle growth. Fair trade I guess...
